We collect essential information such as your name, email address, and audio assets solely to fulfill your service requests and deliver optimal audio production. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

All raw audio files and metadata submitted to our studio are processed securely. We retain project files for a standard archiving period of 90 days following completion, after which they are permanently deleted unless otherwise requested.

Terms of service

Welcome to PodcastTransform. By accessing our platform or engaging our audio production services, you agree to comply with the following terms.

All service delivery timelines and deliverables are outlined prior to project kick-off. Clients are responsible for providing high-quality raw assets and clear production briefs. We provide up to two rounds of revisions within 14 days of final delivery.

Payments must be processed according to the agreed schedule. We reserve the right to withhold final master files until payment has been completed in full. Intellectual property rights for all edited audio transfer to the client upon final payment.

Our spectral repair services depend heavily on the quality of the raw source files provided. Extreme background noise or severe digital clipping may limit the extent of possible audio restoration. We are not liable for any data loss occurring during file transfer or storage.
